The Call That Made My Day!

This afternoon after my husband and I ran errands we cam home for lunch. After lunch the watching of SEC football started…. GO VOLS- #GBO for my husband and GO BAMA- #ROLLTIDE for me!!
Sitting on the couch my phone rang, I answered to a client calling this afternoon just to tell me thank you and how much he appreciated my social media concierge work for him, he knew SM was a big thing now but didn't know how important it was and what impact it could have for him until the past week since we started. He went on to tell me he is already getting compliments and seeing results from one week of us managing his accounts.
What a great Saturday! Call those you do business with and say thank you, send thank you gifts and cards. TNT Marketing appreciates each and every client we have and look forward to long relationships with them!

Stay Active on Social Media during the Holidays!

Simply saying Stay Active isn't enough….. As we have discussed before SM is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can not fall short on engagement and interaction across your social media profiles during this Holiday Season. Each year right after Halloween our culture dives into Holiday mode, Christmas things are out in stores, Santa is out in malls earlier, Elf on the Shelf lasts longer and more! 
Our family loves Holiday's! But we take October for Halloween, November is for Thanksgiving and starting the day after Thanksgiving Christmas is on! 
So…. Yes, things tend to slow down around the holidays. However, ours is not a nine-to-five world anymore; social media and mobile devices pretty much did away with that concept. Far too many businesses and brands will take the holidays off from their social media duties. Yet this is precisely when you need to be even more active, for this is the time when your customers, particularly those of the retail variety, will be more social media active and aware.
Oh, and in case you forgot this little point too, customer service never takes a day off. Ever! If someone Tweets you or leaves you a message on Facebook re: an issue or concern or question, you darn well better be there to answer them and in a timely manner. Otherwise, you might as well put a sign like this one to the right up on your Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites.

However, in this FireFighter House we are thankful every single day…. Every day we choose to be thankful and have grateful hearts….
We give hugs, We Love, We have fun, We make mistakes and we forgive, We give second chances…. and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
We make time for each other daily (sometimes this is only a text or phone conversation), We are patient and understanding, We are caring and we share….. We are ok with plan B needed to be flexible, we give support to each other in personal and business parts of our lives….. The Taylor house is grateful, thankful and blessed!
