TNT Marketing presents Tammy Hardin, The UnEmotional Eater

My name is Tammy Hardin and I am the UnEmotional Eater. I had tried every diet known to man it feels like. I wasn't lacking information. Actually I beat myself up constantly because I knew “what” to do but didn't have the “willpower” to follow through. It was so darn frustrating. The yo – yo expensive diets, the temporary weight loss, the clothes in multiple sizes, the disappointment, the humiliation. You get the picture.

But in all honesty I was working on the wrong thing. Food wasn't my problem it was just the place I went when I got stressed out. I also had this internal thing that told me I was supposed to be Tubby Tammy. With those two things at work it didn't matter what diet you put me on or what was going on in my life I invariably sabotaged my body.

And then I found a method of literally reprogramming my brain enabling me to eat to the foods I wanted to eat and weigh what I wanted to weigh. Sounds too good to be true I know. But after years of research, years of struggling I was able to find a program that would allow me to be comfortable and ease around food. I can literally take it or leave it alone. I can choose to eat the cookie or walk away.
When I tell the clients I work with today that fact they are amazed. You see they too know what it is like to be driven to get out of bed in the night to go get ice cream or fill in your blank. They too know what it is to have to eat ALL of it until it is out of the house. They too know what it is like to feel that emotional humiliation to keep gaining and losing the same weight over and over again.

3 Ways to Elevate Your Business By Lisa Hall

3 Ways To Elevate Your Business:
Most small business owners I sit down with do not have a plan or a system created in their business that allows them to look back at their performance quarterly. Most take a quick glance at their numbers and move on. Some don’t even do that, they just keep pushing ahead. This is one of the most critical pieces of your business growth and a system that should be implemented into ALL businesses. You see, you cannot plan for growth, evaluate where money is being spent in your business, or create projections if you do not pause for a moment and look at what is working and what is not working. If you fail to look back at your achievements (and your failures) you may even find yourself in the wrong place all together making your goals dreams and not a destination.
Here are some areas of your business that you cannot afford to overlook.
Do more than compare the “actual” and “plan.” Here look to see if you exceeded your plan or if you fell short. Were results impacted by external and or internal factors? Go beyond the surface and dig deep here. What were those factors that impacted your goals?
Reevaluate your goals. Determine if you reached your goals or fell short. And THEN… if you fell short, create the smaller goals you will need to reach in order to meet the goal you set out last quarter. Did you reach your goals? Evaluate what helped you along the path towards the goals you reached. Can you duplicate that process to help you reach more of your goals next quarter?
Remember, revenue is important but it’s not everything. Yes, we all need to evaluate our revenue but also notice details such as expansion, personnel, new products, and services and those areas that will bring revenue later on but may not be cash in hand at the moment (lead generation).
As you put your own process in place to evaluate your business on a monthly or quarterly basis, the process itself will become more comfortable. My suggestion is to put a monthly or quarterly meeting on your calendar in which you spend time looking back at all aspects of your business so that you can then create and plan your goals moving forward.
Do you have a suggestion for assessing business? What’s been the best way for you to stay on top of your goals?

Talk about Exposure!

Talking to business owners and friends so many times I get asked the question, What is the benefit to "sharing" posts on Facebook?
Here is an example of "Sharing"….
Say you have 80 people in a networking group and want to do a FB blast to share a post, if each person has an average of 200 friends your post will be in the news feed of 16,000 people- talk about exposure!!!
